Dear compassionate people,

I am Svetlana, a Ukrainian living in the UK with my husband and daughter.

On the 24th of February, my friends and I woke up to the news, that the country we’re born in, Ukraine, was invaded by Russia. 



The echoes of bombshells woke up our parents and friends, and from that moment on, our lives were forever changed.

Each passing day brings tragedy as innocent people, including children, are killed and wounded. In the face of such atrocities, we couldn't simply stand aside. A small group of us, with loved ones and friends still in Ukraine, fighting for their lives, had initiated an urgent mission to collect and send humanitarian aid to those who desperately need our support.

What sets us apart from larger charities – is our ability to swiftly deliver the right aid to the people who need it most in Ukraine.

How do we achieve this? Our devoted team of volunteers in both the UK and Ukraine has been working tirelessly around the clock to ensure that critical care reaches those who are most in need.

Since the beginning of the war, we have successfully delivered 104 lorries filled with humanitarian aid to Ukraine and its surrounding areas.

Our reach extends to most cities in Ukraine, including the frontline cities of Kyiv, Ternopil, Kherson, Mykolayiv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Kramatorsk, and many more.

How do we accomplish this remarkable feat? We have established partnerships with incredible Ukrainian logistics companies and built relationships with trustworthy and reliable volunteers on the ground. However, the ongoing violence demands immediate action, as a significant number of people are in urgent need of help right now.

Today, I am reaching out to you with a humble request on behalf of our community. While we have enough donations to load 5 full lorries, we are in desperate need of funds to cover the transportation costs.
